We all have our part to play in tackling waste issues; with this in mind Waste Aware North East and our partners will be running a series of public campaigns seeking to change public attitudes towards waste and their role in its management.
These campaigns will seek to engage with North East Residents, North East Businesses and the North East Community Sector and engender a sense of empowerment, with a view to changing behaviour. Each campaign is targeted to meet a specific waste issue and will link with national and local activities.
